Hey,
Got a Top MP40 with a bust gearbox, just ordered the PGC 100m conversion kit, what else do I need to get this thing back on the road? Oh and does the conversion kit come with clear instructions in English and with diagrams cos this looks a bit difficult to sort.

If you look at wgcshop.com they tell you what else you need to get going. If you know how to work on gearboxes it won't be difficult. The most difficult thing for me was shimming the gears. If you haven't worked on gearboxes before, you need to talk to someone who has and maybe get them to help you with it.

Billly Poomtang are you gears in the old TOP MP40 gearbox busted?
I need gears for mine, since they are busted in mine.....
And I have no cash yet for a PGC mechbox...

I'm converting another Top MP40 to PGC this week. I will have the TOP gearbox to sell (it still works) comes with extra piston and 2 extra bellows, barrel and hop up $50.00 +shipping

Thanks for the sdvice Drew. Sorry Hans, my gears are in pieces, they'd be no good to you the teeth are all snapped and missing, you can have all of the other bits if you want, I'll send them to you for free, have to say though I think you are wasting your time and effort this stuff looks like its made out of recycled coke tin metal.

here is a list of things you will need to get ............WGC
GD-PT-GE0201
GD-PT-GE0711
GD-PT-GE0404
GD-PT-GE0706
GD-PT-GE0302
comes to about $77 from WGC
you also need a TM AK47/G36 Motor (EG700S or EG1000S)
also DONT waste your time bothering with milling the pistol grip............. just get 1200mah mini batts
you will also need a TM barrel.. this will need cut to length (shortened)
