So, I've already done the Barrel fixing manually (Thanks Schmitty), but I was looking around my local airsoft suppliers' site- they've come out with a retail fix, which uses steel parts and plenty of reinforcements... my question- is it worth it? I mean, i don't know what it does, but from the looks, it doesn't quite look like $100 bucks to me.... but who knows, it could be stronger than the DIY ways. I'll ask around locally to see if anyone has/is going to invest in it and see what they think. www.airsoftsmith.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=833

It just comes down to money.
A $3.00 tube of epoxy does the same thing - broken barrel, or not.

I think it's easier just to ask someone at a machine shop to make you one. They are pretty damn simple. I had a guy make me one in the UK. Cost me about $30 and that included international shipping...

I wouldnt, it looks like about a $20 service to me at most, plus it looks like it incorporates the same basic fix as the way Schmitty came up with.

that actually looks like the bride that airsoft gear used to sell, if thats the case, it actually is custom fitted, , they had the 6 different paterns for the 6 different molds that make the barrels at the marui factory!!!,
that was what I knew about the bridge that was sold by airsoft gear, but they are gone now. -Gordak
