Has anybody put one of these into a "real" monte carlo stock or one of the oodles of conversion kits out there? I'm ordering an M14 asap, and am looking for unique "bastardizations" to perform on it after its guts get put to other uses. not an M14, but food for thought: And I found myself engaged in self-abuse while looking at this: Uhhhhnnnn.... So many toys. My RC room is becoming the arsenal.

There is a site up in New Hampshire that makes the m14e2. They are called A&A Airsoftstore, here is there site with the m14e2: andairsoft.com/aacustomaegs1.html This is the only site that I know of that make sthe custom m14e2. You can see where they added the pistol grip in one of the photos.

101st easy, thats the local store i go to. I've seen their m14e2 and A&A has a lot of good things to offer although I'm not sure if they have their m14e2 in stock since I went there thursday and didnt see it. I must say its an excellent product and they did a very good job. I think you can get a m14e2 stock off of wgc but my memories a little fuzzy. if you reall want to spend the cash on it than you'll get your money's worth. i have a question. why spend the money on a non firing gun?

I have taken some of my gutted guns and made display items out of them. Don't forget, there's a healthy market in "counterfiet" guns, that Airsoft grew from. They do nothing but look good. I will return the M14 to functionality after I measure its drivetrain.

Nothing like hot shells hitting your inner arm! My M14 is on a slow boat from the East coast, Free shipping wins out over instant gratification. The more I read about the M14, the more impressed I am (gotta love wikipedia). A great paintjob idea: This is where I will probably go for a stock, pass the dremel please: Batman, your gun is ready:

Im not a big fan really, im too much of a traditionalist too really like highly non-stock appearing guns. the m14 is a great gun to begin with (I saw a lot of parade versions when I visited westpoint today). But hell its your gun, do whatever you want with it.

Exactly the kind of stuff I'm looking for. But not off the shelf. I was thinking real-steel aftermarket stock, like a Tapco, and an airsoft cobbled into it.
Nice, but what a price tag. That shop is banking on noobs with cash. I hope they haven't set up 100's of them...This type of airsoft pricing is HISTORY. Now we have low-priced, CAD-reverse engineered, high quality stuff, made by Chinese slaves, who care. -Get a Rope. I can't get past how many other quality guns that money will buy now. My new M14 is sowly making its way here from the east coast. Remind me to never do UPS Ground, unless I know how much ground. I didn't realize they were in Leominster, Ma.
What would be cool is a "take-down" M14 with a fitted aluminum case, complete with diecut foam compartments. Like a movie Sniper toolkit.
