Alright at this point the Bazooka is operational as long as we have a shell to put into it. But the thing is I do not know what shell I shoudl use. While I am sure size will not be a probelm I wonder if anyone can direct me to a shell that would be perfect for launching a Nerf Rocket, or a foam ball. Bassically what is the most powerfull shell I can buy?

Well, the one that holds the largest amount of gas (and CO2 at that!) is the MBA 204 rnd XM-204 HP. Thats the one you want!

Well, it doesnt have to shoot bbs, we have two plans one being a little pocket cortex football, then the shell just pushes that, or there are rubber balls you can buy that act the same way, except they are the same diameter as the mad bull shell. -Cary

The Mad bull shell will be plced in the tube with the projectile, then when we pull the trigger the gas inside the shell is relased pushing out our projectile.

TG, you still want the first one, It will work as long as the ball or football seals the tube tightly. That thing with the foam rocket is really weak.

Any of the larger round capacity shells will work fine. 78 to 128 round shells. I have heard that the ones set up for the 8mm BBs are in fact the most propellant. Madbull is definitely the way you want to go as they are the most reliable. Much better then Mosscart and the likely pretenders that came along later.
I agree that you don't want to use the Madbull that powers it's own foam rocket. Whatever you launch it needs a complete and tight seal. The small vortex footballs are excellent and very appropriate for a Bazooka. (Put some TALC powder in along with the rocket) Between the NERF and the shell. It ll provide a cool efect as you fire and a realistic signature

yeah we have actually make a small container that you can load form the top that you fill with talc powder so it will go everywhere when we fire, its gonna be awsome.
We are also looking into gettign the Talc to fly otu the back too.

The mad bulls can use CO2 which is good and bad.
GOOD from the aspect of shooting bb's because they will go TWICE as far as green gas. On a hot 90+ degree day the mad bull paint-ball grenades loaded with CO2 will sound like a shotgun. BAD from the point of view of nerf rockets. You can experiment, but the fins on the nerf will banana peal after 1-2 shots.
