Hey everyone, im pretty new to the WW2 Scene but i've been airsofting for a couple years now. Anyway, i just ordered a CYMA Thompson and an ACM real wood kit, and i am wondering if it is at all difficult to put on. Technically, i've done a teflon tape mod, but beyond that i have no idea. Any tips would be great btw

If it's anything like the CAW wood kits it'll be easy as can be. Don't sweat it.

It is absolutely a piece of cake to put on. The butt stock plate is the only part where I recommend some extra care and be careful with the wiring when doing your dissasembly.
It's a nice kit although as mentioned elesewhere you'll want to do something about the reddish and overly light stain used. Foll Guinesses tutorial and you'll be delighted with the results.

I saw a wood stock kit for the TM tommy gun, don't know if it's the same one you were talking about, will it work for that other one (can't think of the trade name, the metal one with better markings) or just for a TM? Okay, no cracks about this vendor, I only post it so everyone will know what I'm talking about: store.matrixbb.com/servlet/-strse-26319/Tokyo-Marui-M1A1-Thompson/DetailI'm tempted as I never before considered one due to all that plastic...

That kit will work fine on either a Marui Thompson or the CYMA (etc.) knock offs. You will want to refinsh it undoubtedly but it will end up looking very very nice. I have one on one of my Thompsons if you'd like to see it.
