Very nicely done. I saw a couple SMLE rifle stocks at the last gun show as well as some complete guns. It was very tempting to buy them up for conversion but just too many things on my plate right now. It's such a classic looking rifle and finishes off a British impression so nicely. The MP001 is really a very good base rifle for these projects. I like that you alterred the appearance of the receiver group so well.

Did you use a denix model gun? You can get surplus SMLEs for about 150.00 in the last shotgun news and Mark 4s for about 175.00.

Cool! Looks excellent. Haven't seen Enfield conversions around too much. I'd love to have one too for a British impression. Well, maybe some day.
Does the magazine stick out at all when attached?

Troyluginbill, i used a Denix..Much restrictions in sweden concerning guns and deacs so that was the only solution..
ukkolzi..Well not much..A couple of milimeters maybe?..just enough to pull the mag out..
