Hey guys,
I am considering using one of killbucket's M2's to make a paintball gun based machine gun. I feel that the CO2 operated paintball platform firing in full-auto makes for a very intimidating MG setup and the high caliber rounds make for a better .50 caliber imitation than do BBs. The gas also allows it to be used in reenacting as it makes a well pronounced noise and realeases gas out of the muzzle resembling a muzzle flash. Having said this, I am curious to see if anyone here knows of a cheap way to obtain plastic or non-paint rounds in .68 caliber. It would be extremely helpful if someone had a mold which they could use to make light plastic ammunition but this seems unlikely. I know you can get 2000 rounds of rubber ammo for $300 bucks but that is far too expensive.
