Hi guys! My MP40 motor get burnt yesterday... i was making some tests and I removed the fuse 1 minute before the motor damage..... and now I have to change it but I have not a "short" type motor at home so I have no idea if the MP40 motor is Marui short motor compatibile... Do you know it?? Thank you!!! ;D ;D

I think this might be solved pretty easy.
Exactly how long is the engine from pinion gear to end. And how thick and wide is it? I have 1 CYMA Short motor and 1 Systema Short motor, both fits in my CYMA Thompson. If your motor is atleast the same as my CYMA Thompson short motor, you should be fine by buying a new one (Though I`d recommend buying a new China motor. Read my below topic on Thompson Systema Motor and you will understand why I recommend that...)
Awaiting update!
RvH
Edit: Forgot to mention my motor dimensions:
Using Centimetres:
Its 7.4 CM long. 2.5 CM thick, and 2.8 Wide.

A short type motor will fit in it.
Try the motor in another gun. You may have fried a selector plate or trigger switch assembly.
To test the old motor just hook it up to another guns leads, hold onto the motor and pull the trigger. If the motor runs something else shorted out in the wiring.
