Does anyone know if well be attending any ww2 air shows or something in the IL area were we can go for reenactments? preferably in June

I don't know when the one in Osh Kosh is but, it's not real far away. However it would have to be something where we get hotels. Unfortunately I believe Osh Kosh Hotels are sold out well into next year so....

Check out the website for the DuPage airport. They usually have a few things. They had some B-17s a few months ago.

a few years ago they shipped a couple FokkeWolfs and spitfires, and i think a P-40, while they where transferring them to an air museum (not sure which one) they had them on display, it was pretty darn sweet.

I was on Oak Street Beach in downtown Chicago last summer and a JU 52 or something flew over the water. I think it was anyway. It had the Iron Cross on it but I don't think it was an 88

no i mean will we be airsoft reenacting or just there to assist with displays in our time era?. though thanks for the input

I don't know. I've only seen a few airshows where even conventional reenactors have any real prescence. I'm suprised we haven't heard from Capt. Zak on this one.
