They are 82nd though, if you are a Band of Brothers fan, this might be a problem

right but in case you didnt notice new england isnt exactly brimming with ww2 airsoft units. if airborne is your thing, 82nd wouldnt be bad either.

Dog company's a great unit to join especially if your in massachusetts. I havent joined up or played with them yet eventhough I have an 82nd ab impression but when I go to tolcom I'll try to get some trigger time in with them.

It's summer, so that means D. Co is on a WWII hiatus. We'll be playing decked out in our Nam gear until September. If you've got a Nam kit, come to some of the Nam events.

504th has an interesting history and it might be a fun impression to do... forget all that 101st stuff... For 504th you can do North Africa, Sicily, Italy and Holland (yes they didnt jump into normandy) but its not all about normandy, Sicily was a big jump and is very rarely recognized by alot of people...

They did jump into normandy as pathfinders in very small numbers.

I believe the 504th was converted into the 17th Abn at the end of the war as well.

AS far as i remember the 504th was never a part of the 17th Airborne Division.

The only thing I recall any 82nd AB in the 17th was when some Jumped with them as (Cant find the word , like a coach?) leaders. -Nick

it was the 507th that was transfered over to the 17th Airborne Divison from the 82nd for Operation Varsity.

It's summer, so that means D. Co is on a WWII hiatus. We'll be playing decked out in our Nam gear until September. If you've got a Nam kit, come to some of the Nam events. If you don’t have a Nam kit there are some German Airborne guys or FJ that play WWII games all summer long in NY. If you have some friends that are fit up with WWII kits and/or just people willing to shoot around you’re welcome to join us in Amsterdam NY or Schoharie NY for our weekly games. No field charges! Follow the web link in my profile and our games are posted on that website.
