Alright, here's a quick tutorial on how to "age" a printed picture so that it looks WWIIish. What you will need: vanilla extract bowl pair of tweezers laminating paper picture printed from a computerFirst, find the picture you want and print it. For mine, I chose this picture of Ingrid Bergman of the "Casablanca" fame: Next, set the picture in the bottom of the bowl, and fill with vanilla extract, so it covers the entire picture. Let it set for about 15-20 minutes depending on the "aged" look you want to achieve. The extract gives it a nice golden brown look, and also achieves a nice wrinkled look. Let it dry overnight and then laminate it, and cut it out so that no laminant shows. Presto, you have a nice aged picture of your favorite period actress/girlfriend/family. Also for a nice touch, "autograph" it before emerging it into the extract, it gives it a nice, personalized look. Warning: Do NOT try this with real photographs.
