An Italian medic would wear the same as basically all medics during the war. Red Cross was on both sides of the war, so just wear the Italian uniform, and put the red cross armband on your arm and they usually had the crosses on their M33 helmet, but you could skip that if you don't want to paint a helmet. The medic bag was just a Italian haversack (often used to carry gas masks) which aren't that hard to find. If you really want to stand out, medics had a seperate insignia on their helmets and on their shoulder boards. I'll try to find some pics.
