The riggers pouches I got from them are fantastic as are the first aid pouches.
SoS should actually be at JTD.

I bet they'll get to you in time with no problems. SoS have always been good people to deal with. Their products are by reenactors for reenactors.

I used them a lot, and they are excellent! Great quality items. If you are talking about the WWII Assault F/A Pouch, I bought one and tied it to my helmet, and it looks good. The Primary F/A Pouches are good.

Medic what impression are you going for? Because if it is 82nd they did not put the assault pouch on their helmets, it was either on the combat suspenders, or in the case of the 505th in Sicily, on the right or left boot. Nick

Okay, thanks. The laces aren't long enough for anywhere else (that's the only problem). So I kinda had to do that. Thanks for the advice, though.

No problem, thats why were here. Thats interesting that the laces are short, they should at least tie around the suspenders. Nick

Yeah, the laces are 8" minus the packet divided by two, that's like 4". But I don't have Suspenders, so I can't test it. Anyway I'm using a Medic Yoke. I guess I'll tie it to my Pistol Belt if that's okay...

Well what impression are you going for? You should have combat suspenders, medic or no medic.

505th Medic, YD said it was one or the other. EDIT: Here it is: Medic's typically would wear either the 36 suspenders with bags attatched or the medic yoke w/out 36 suspenders. It's quite rare (and uncomfortable!) to wear both 36 suspenders and a Medic yoke. Or do mean Trouser Suspenders?

I meant M36 combat suspenders, as they were issued to everyone, and as most 82nd medics would leave one bag with the yoke at the company CP and go into the field with one bag slung with a GP or litter strap. The yokes and M36 suspenders were worn during the drop, but then after that it was up to the medic what he wanted to do with them.

Yeah, I know, the Right pouch was usually brought into action, and the other was left at the Aid Station because of weight MOST times.
Okay, thanks. But, where do I put the Musette Bag?

Either clip it to your 36 suspenders, or sling it with a GP strap.
