I am going to the smyrna, TN Bob Pope Gun Show tommorrow and there is a guy who sells only ww2 guns i e-mailed him about a Italian Carcano 91/38 and he said he may be able to get me one for $175 He said he is not sure though

probably go outside and shoot cans with it and shoot blanks with it but mostly it will hang on my gun rack above my bed

Nah i wouldn't want to mess it up and it will probably be about 2 or 3 months before i get the 98k because i am getting my uniform and gear first

If you can try to get a 8mm modified one. It performs much much better than the original 6mm bullet that was used during the war. It wasn't until later in the war that Italy started recognizing that the 6mm bullet was uneffective, and unreliable.

I went today but i didn't get it the man wanted $275 for it i had the money but my mom wouldn't let me get it I can get it next time which is in september it was useed during the war and is the 6mm one but o well

no my mom said I could she didn't go with me and my dad so we didn't get it because we thought she would get mad but she didn't care what I did get was a carcano ammo pouch w/ d rings and a lee enfield bayonet for my lee enfield

You are very lucky down there.
Now way in hell you can buy a gun up here that cheap. But before you buy anything, you have to go trough courses and licence exam, which in total is like 500-600$!

at the gun show you just give them the money your name and contact info and it is yours there were tons of people just walkin around w/ their guns

they sold 12 mosin nagants in 1 hour they had mosin nagants, m1 carbine, m1 garands, 98k, 98k g33/44 version, mosin nagant carbine, thompson, 1903, 1903 a3, 1919a4, they also had a johnson WW2 50 cal rifle for $5000 semi auto and they only had 1 carcano 91/38
