July Event (Sorry but its cancelled )
Alright, I figured it would be a good idea to have another event like the June 7th event since everyone had such a good time at it, and there has been demand for another.
The date will be July 25th and 26th (come and set up Friday night, skirmish all day Saturday and take a WW2AA promo video)
If you could not make the last event, deffinatly come to this one. Like the last event, most of the event will consist of skirmishing, we will work on simple things like tactics and fire controll while playing on the field. We will also have Frank taking a WW2AA promo video so bring your best kits!
We want to see more people in the next group pic we take

OK, here in the Midwest Jeff has already stated that there is a Bill Sheets event going on the same weekend and hsi events are huge and amazing (blank reenactment stuff). We have alot of guys who plan on attending that so instead of having the event on the 25th and 26th I will be moving the event date, or we simply may not have another one this summer. Keep watching this thread for updates.

Alright, about every one of the Illinois guys including myself will be attending the Bill Sheets event in Auburn Indiana. Becuase of the possibility for no attendence the event will deffinatly not occure on the 25th and 26th.
Also becuase of the buisy shcedual I have for late July and most of August I am very doubtfull if I will be able to host another event before I go back to NIU.
If this changes I will of course let you guys all know and set a date, but as of now dont hold your breath lol.
Sorry for the change but it was agreed by most all of the attendees that it would be best to not have the event as of now.

We are holding events in Wisconsin and MN in August and September if you Illinois guys are itching for some WWII Airsoft.
www.ostfrontairsoft.com If it has tracks or wheels, I can hit it with the PAK If you aren't going to take the effort to check your spelling, I also won't expect you to take the effort to be offended when I mock your poor spelling. You see that little red line... that means you messed up.

I would love to take you up on that offer but as of August 21st the reenactment season is over for me. I go back to NIU until next May and I dont reenact during the school semesters beucase as a music major I dont have any time too.
stuka: well the forum is and should still be useful for updates on guns, creating groups/events and building kits

savoy6: anyone know if anyone still carries the enfield?

Dracul: I think Redwolf has a Enfield. If not or not longer, then not until G&G releases theirs. The old gas Iron Airsoft brand SMLE isn't carried by anyone anymore and was such piece of crap. Not worth trying to track one down.

ajman: I don't think there's gonna be anything in northern New England anytime soon, and as far as I know there hasn't been in a while, but if you're willing to drive to Connecticut there's usually some decent sized battles a couple times a year.

boz: Happy 4th all, despite pandemic! I'm looking for a boneyard S&T Springfield M1903A3 for a beta test on retro conversion to A1 or Mark 1 (WW1) configuration. Pop me a message if you've a broken S&T (or G&G, or Apple Soft) M1903 you wish to unload.
