alright, so im pretty mad and upset and i really really need help. so, tonight i was taking apart my marushin m1 garand to loctight my pt. #45, but when i went to put it back together i noticed my outer barrel was way loose so i start wrenching it into place and i look back to the bolt section and i see that where the bb's go into the barrel to be fired, a piece of rubber was coming out and the bolt wasnt closing forward all the way. at first i tried to push it back in, and left it then i put the cleaning rod through the barrel and the rubber piece fell out!!! so i figured it wasnt that important and cock the bolt to make sure i put it together properly pulled the trigger, got the click of the trigger and then tried to open the bolt again. it wouldnt open!!! what do i do. i try to open it, and i cant the bolt ispermanetly locked shut!!! what do i do!! im sorry i dont know how to post pics, but it doesnt matter cause i cant open the bolt to show u the problem. please help!!! thanks a ton pics: this is the position the bolt is stuck in the rubber came out of the round hole at the front where the bb enters the inner barrel, at the end of the track and just below the hop up. 9no this isnt my gun, or else i wouldnt have a problem. side view ill try to get pics of the actual rubber piece soon sorry the first 2 are big, i can try to make them smaller but i barely figured out how to get them on.

Wow... That's... well, not usual
The rubber might be the hop-up bucking. Your barrel is probably loose because a few of the set screws holding the barrel steady came out. (that's what killed my hop-up)
As far as I know, the bolt might be stuck because of the trigger mech. Did you try pulling down the trigger and pulling the bolt back? If that doesn't work, its probably caught on some part inside the receiver itself

i took out the trigger mechanism and tested it, it works fine. its just the bolt that wouldnt move. but, about 5 days ago i gave the bolt a tug and it opened. it locked and it moved freely. but when you pull the trigger, with no gas, it sticks and is hard to open again. but loaded it shoots great and almost better than before. the hop up seems better. but, in all of this. theres a downside. the gas seems to leak more and the bb's are definetly slowed down considerably, it cant punch through a coke can at point blank range.
edit: i went outside today to shhot it some and i found that when you point the gun down the bb's roll out right after being chambered and the clip doesnt eject, it just stays in there and the gun shoots like its loaded until theres no more air

field strip the gun into the three major components (stock, action/barrel, and trigger mech)
tighten ALL the screws on the action, where the GBB action and gas tank are. After a while, these screws come loose and gas can leak, so tighten them all

ive done that and the gas doesnt leak when it fires but it leaks when you put gas in. it squirts out sideways.

huh, that means the overflow valve is going nuts
bad O-rings, maybe?
either that or the gun is already full
