I personally don't see a problem with bringing inactive threads back , remember that people new to the forum haven't seen these before so when they like something they comment on it.

Complaining about necro posts is senseless unless we are saying that we don't want new people interested. We all didn't start this hobby when the boards were created. Sometimes it brings back a topic after people have had new experience and might spark new discussion.
