Here’s a little mod that I added to my Sten. I added one a pistol grip in place of the T-Stock. Surprisingly there are at least 3 places that I've found on the web that sells the pistol grip for the real steel Sten, IMA, atlantacutlery, redfordfilms for only about $20. I had to do a little modifying on the grip to get it to fit the back of the gun properly. The metal loop that goes into the slot behind the trigger guard was way to big so I needed to do a lot of grinding with an angle grinder to get it to fit. The hole on the on the top of the grip is sized to fit a real Sten’s receiver cap. I found a washer that was large enough fit over the large hole on the grip but had a small enough inner hole that just fit the hex head screw that I could use to attach the grip at the top. I’ve been hoping that somebody would make a Sten since I first started collecting airsoft guns. The Sten has always been one of my favorite WWII sub machine guns. When I saw that AGM had come out with this and it was all steel! I ordered one on the spot. It’s a great gun, some might say it’s a little ugly but for me that’s part it’s charm. Here's a few pics of the gun:

That's really cool and probably makes the Sten easier to handle in tight situations

Looks great, just one question, where the hell does the battery go? (I thought it went in the stock, but now there is no stock...)

If it's like mine, it's a LiPo in the back of the receiver tube.

Yes, my Sten is is the early version that uses the small LiPo battery in the receiver tube. The LiPo battery actually works pretty good. My concern is finding a replacement when this one dies and I need a new one.
Does anybody know if there is any place that sells just the new stock that holds the stick battery?
I think the pistol grips on the Stens were used primarily by paratroopers to make it a smaller weapon when they were jumping.
