good, but you would have the dissasembly panels to paint .... then you have painted the same gearbox, ...... This will prevent the paint is deposited on the nozzle and the other pieces.

Good job! looks nice but will it still work. I think we need to address the problems with malfunctions. AGM's have a switch problem. My MP40 sometimes on full auto when you pull the trigger it will not stop. I have heard of where one will no longer work on full auto or stop working altogether.

Yeah it looks great, but you should of taken the side pannels off. You could of completly painted it brown then crumple newspaper on the wet paint to bring out the black and give the bakelight texture.
Other than that looks fine..

The black does show up better in real life than in the pictures. I ALSO have the bakelite version of the agm mp40 and this is very close.
TooTall - Yes it works perfect. Why wouldnt it?

I had a custom MP40 jet WITHOUT selector and makes it fairly simple to do: we must remove the carcass, remove the selector, the selector block the gearbox in auto mode (glue) and manage to reseal the hole lever surface so it does not see ... good luck
