Honestly, the only custom one i've seen for sale is on gunner, and that out of stock.
This is what really tempted me.

I believe that video show the old Mosquito Molds kit which is no longer available. The CYMA posted above is rather innacurate for a real M1928. The reciever is wrong, the charging handle is wrong (different style and should be mounted on top) and the rear sights are wrong (should be an adjustable flip up sight, but is just a peep sight like the M1A1) not to mention the M1A1 style stock. Overall, if you really want an M1928 that badly, go for the CYMA or try to find a MM kit (VERY difficult) OR get the CYMA and attempt to modify it like a few on the forums have.

I have a CYMA 1928 Thompson or "Frankentommy" as people call it and its awesome it kicks ass in the field and who gives two applesauce s if its "Incorrect" airsoft is for fun and i enjoy it Now if my tommy were Incorrect in real life id bitch but these are simpily toy airsoft guns and might attempt to modify it so it is correct but that would be a very difficult thing to do I might just try to the backstock will be easy they sell wood 1928 stocks on G.i the sight should be easy just saw it in half the charging handle will be difficult. But I might not even attempt to modify it and who gives a damn if an "airsoft gun" Is incorrect there toys meant for fun not for historically accurate whores if you guys wanna be historically acuratte whore go join WW2 reinactors who use blank firing REAL GUNS and you arent gonna have any trouble finding corect real guns.

A great percentage of WWII Airsofters consider airsoft reenacting just as much as the guys that do blanks consider there way reenacting. The difference is we use Airsoft guns and they use blanks. Both weapons have ups and downs and many of us do both. I care that its incorrect, frankly it looks silly and I can notice the differences very easily. To each there own.
