M91/30 , it was used from the beginning to the end of the Great Patriotic War by the Soviets.

Yea, I'm leaning toward this myself.

Just an off the wall thought, has anyone made a Tokarev SVT38 or SVT40? I did a quick search on SVT40 and didn't come up with anything.
Things you learn on Wikipedia. The Russians made almost as many SVT38's and SVT40's as the US made Garands (about 5.7 million vs. about 6 million). And a lot of them were captured and used against the Russians by the Germans, who gave it a German designation, and particularly by the Finns.

No, but that is an almost impossible conversion. I thought about it a lot but i can seem to justify it

i would go with the hexagonal productions ppsh-41, from what i heard and seen is that its a great gun, and now with the version 2 out, you can get the realistic mid cap magazine, plus as a bonus its relatively cheaply priced!!

Yea, I am truely considering saving my money and grabbing a Hex-gun. But Im not sure if that is a truely needed gun at the moment. I think I really need to get my hands on a bolt-action first.

I'm gonna have to put in one more for the 91/30. its a beautiful gun and there just arent enough bolt actions being used out there. plus youve got several options for how complicated of a project you want it to be.
if youre going for a standard soviet infantryman impression, do it.
