Suomi SMG M/31 build

Hi! Im a newbie in these things, but I though I could show my poor project I'm working on occasionally.


The stock is pretty much getting its shape, but still needs more sanding. As you may see, the stock is in two pieces.There's also a real-steel 'Suomi KP' drum magazine I'm going to use + some orther real steel things..


The gearbox is V.3 gb from an AK. I got it lying around useless so though of destroying it, that's the result xD
Yeah, it's just taped togehter at the moment, pretty poor huh? Trying to fix that somehow later... I'm planning to use an AK hopup-unit seen in the pic and that battery will go inside the stock.

The AK gearbox is actually a version 3, but how did you alter the angle of the motor cage?
