Hi men! I need some help! I bought a KJW 1911 CO2 three weeks ago, the first shots was perfect, big fps, strong blow-back, everything. I fired maybe 60-70 shots and the loading muzzle has broken. This one: Than I found in the package a piece of one more broken loading muzzle... wtf And I have an another 1911 from WE CO2 too and I tried to change this L.muzzle. It was OK. After 20 shots cca this loading muzzle has broken too. So whats the problem??? The KJW is too strong? Or theese muzzles quality was sh_t? I dont know... Help please.

Yeah, I ordered this one www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?products_id=31039 not Guarder. I hope it will be fine. Its in shipping proccess right now. Just Im afraid that will break again after 20-30 shots... This will be the 3rd loading muzzle by a month. Its not possible that the problem is elsewhere?

Hm... There must be something else thats also going on in your gun. Do all the parts align well? Is the action smooth when you have a working nozzle? If not, then something is causing the nozzle to be pressured too much when in operation. Maybey the CO2? Try getting one or two green gas magazines, and filling it with propane/green gas. The CO2 must be too much pressure on the nozzle. Thats my best guess.

Maybe the CO2 is the sinner couse everything works perfectly. The gun has really hard blowback kick and the shoots sounds very noisy. I never seen so scary GBB pistol before them. I think too the CO2 is too much for theese noozles and destroyes them... But my friend owns the same KJW 1911 CO2 cca 1,5 years and his gun still works with the original loading muzzle. I cant understand. First I must wait for the arriving loader.

Weird thing about your friend's 1911...I would order a green gas magazine (or a few ;D ) and that should fix your problem, along with the new nozzle. I have the green gas version, and it's never broken, or jammed. The good thing about the kjw is that you can use green gas or CO2 magazines in both versions, because they're the same...They just include a different magazine.
