Hi All, I built an M1919A4 and mounted an M14 inside. Shot pretty well for the first 100 or so shots, then I had a stoppage. Trouble shot the M249 ammo drive, thinking the 8.4v battery was spinning the ammo drive too fast. Did not seem to be the issue. Then I found that nozzle was no longer traversing in and out, so it looked like the tappet was the culprit. Swapped mechbox's out, tested the tappet/Nozzle and all was OK. Mounted the barrel onto the receiver test fired, not working. Took the barrel off and the nozzle is not moving in/out. So it looks like the tappet died again. HMMM major issues. Has anyone had this kind of issue, and does anyone have any suggestions? Regards, HornetWSO

If the hop-up/barrel lost alignment with the mechbox it could cause the tappet to break, check and make sure the tappet plate isn't broke if it is replace and recheck alignment of hop-up/barrel assembly to mechbox

So I removed and replaced it. The gun cycles, so now I'll have to wait until Monday to test it outside.
