OK, so i know pretty much nothing about these neat little tents, and i have some questions.
for one, how dose one go about setting up the thing. i have found very little information about how to rope, peg, and tie them.
for another what colors are appropriate. going SS, so i know there are OAK ones all over the market, however in many pics iv seen, there are many flat color zelt tents.
i have a friend who deals surplus, he has 4 Swedish ones I'm gonna buy tomorrow, $50 for 4, 2 sets of poles and stakes for $5. i already bought the poles, but not the zelt-ish quarters yet. they are camo white reversible. for a quick fix it sounds all right to me.
I would assume the vet landser would (after laughing at us failing) would lend a helping hand, but I'd rather be prepared.

4 buttoned together makes what is called a 4 man tent...it's really built for 2 or one if you want to spread out. the shot sides botton together while the long base is towards the ground it looks like a pyramid when you are done. Stake it out and if you don't have the poles then you can get by by cutting down a wooden dowel.
