I almost have my 1903a3 springfield done it took me about 2 to 3 days I only used a dremel, bench grinder, and drill. I drilled through the stock twice but I will fill them with wood filler and probably wrap electrical tape around it. I will post pictures later today hopefully.

Yeah I plan on selling this but I'm not completely done. I have work to do with the reciever areas. Sorry that the link doesn't work mastermike I dont know how to get the image on the post.

Good to hear. Some additional finish work will result in it being far more marketable and appealing. It's a great start and looks good.
