Here are a couple of small mods that I've made to my ICS M3 to make it a little more accurate. I got a oiler with the sling that I bought from a vendor on EBay. I hunted around the web for pics of genuine M3 Grease guns and found that M3's had a clip on the side of the left side charging housing to hold the oiler so I made one out of some sheet metal. Originally the clip was held on by two dome headed rivets so I used to small round headed screws to attach the clip on my gun. I also added the barrel ratchet clip to the front of the magazine. The gun also had a shaft that went thru the housing assembly that held the charging handle in and had a cotter pin holding it in. I took a pin I bought at my local hardware store that had a hole for a cotter pin and cut it down to the right length and filed the end down to the correct hex size and super glued it into the end of the hex nut and put a cotter pin thru it. Here's some pics:

Also, I had a lot of problems with the charging handle/safety not working properly on my gun when I first received it. The handle wouldn't lock in the rearward position and lock the gun in safety. I took the charging handle housing apart to figure out what was wrong and if it could be fixed.
Here's what I found. Inside the charging housing there is a tab on the left side of the charging handle mechanism that is supposed to engage the safe linking(PN MY-07 on the parts diagram) and push it back when the charging handle is pulled to the rear. The problem was there is a small spring load piston on the right side of the mechanism that springs out when the handle is pulled back and has a small set screw that should engage a small tab under the charging handle shaft to hold it in place until the button on the handle is pressed to release it. I found both of the Allen head bolts were a little loose so it I tightened them both up as much as they would go. I also found that the small set screw inside the housing wasn't engaging the tab that it was supposed to hit. I used a small Allen head wrench (about 1mm) and turned the set screw out about 3-4 turns. The Allen head bolt that is on the right side of the housing that acts as the release button for the charging handle has to be loosened first. When it is fully tightened it acts as a lock bolt for the set screw. Here's some pics to illustrate the Parts:
