I ordered 6 of these recently and figured I'd share my opinions on them. First off, you can find them here: www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=39209Second, they are clones of the TM short hi-caps and come in at $15 a pop as opposed to $30-40 a pop. Now, they don't have the same finish as the TM which to me looks more real, but at the price I won't complain. They also don't have the manufacture markings like the TM, but again I won't complain. The first time I put each mag in, I had to slam it home but after that they seat nicely. The first mag I fired, however, the gun didn't seam to want to send the bb's downrange well, some actually rolled out of the barrel. It only did that with one mag and fired great after a mag change. Not sure what the deal was there but haven't had problems since. Only two things really bug me about them. One is that to me, they look a little long when looking at the weapon from the side. They measure just over 6in, and are only a few 1/16s off a dimension someone had posted elsewhere on the interwebs. I'm not sure what the dimensions are for a real 20rd mag are and I don't have one to compare. Maybe it's just me. But a lot of pictures of M1/M1A1s with 20s in them the mag end looks like it would be flush with the pistol grip, these stick down farther. Maybe I'm just crazy. The other thing that bugs me, it's a freakin hi-cap!! Lord I hate winding these damn things! And the rattle of the bbs in the reservoir! All in all I'm pleased to finally have something other than 30rd sized mags

I also bought my self a couple of 20rd sized matrix mags and they look great with my paratrooper impression.

Someone way back when had a nice tutorial for shortening the 30 round low caps and they looked and worked great.

Just received my 3 Matrix mags from Evike. Can't beat the price and the mags are fine.
Only thing is they are a little longer than originally reported. They measure 6 7/8" compared to the 6 1/4" my TM short mags are. The extra 5/8" is probably why they hold 210rds compared to the 190rds the TM's hold. But all in all, they are still a lot shorter than the 30rd 8 1/2" mags that are most common.
