All done... what a relief- went well I think, participants seemed satisfied. A few hundred frag granades, many smoke granades and flares plus about a hundred rockets made the game more realistic, and MUCH more fun

Yup!- two Panzerschrecks,Panzerfaust, two Bazookas and a 37mm PaK called beautifully 'Ulrike' used approx 100 rockets- we hope to double that in two weeks as 6.08 we're doing a scenario 'Ammeville to Chambois- a race against time' Hope we'll be able to take a lot of good pics and films again. Unfortunately we haven't completed the tests on our new Nebelwerfer so its introduction will probably have to wait until winter Well- keep your fingers crossed that the game goes well! PS:Here's one more from the old batch, the Commandos ;D (you'll probably notice two of my favorite creations: the DeLisle springer custom silenced commando rifle, and the BREN-IMI ) Attachments:

Well,to be honest all sorts of 'em- weapon parts to uniforms. That includes heavier weapons too (Goriunov hmg, mortars etc) GMan- you're half right. What I mean is many of us-mostly re-enactors, do Polish units ( september 1939, the 1st armored (France, Holland 1944) 2nd Polish corps (Italy 1943-44), 1st independent parachute brig Arnhem and elements of all 3 armies in the east) Nevertheless we try to skip polish units on our WWII ASG scenarios because it creates mixed feelings among the men doing the 'bad guys'. Not all of them of course, but most. It seems to be hard for us to shoot at Polish soldiers, even with bb plastic. That's just the way things are here There were some exceptions to this- like on the pic above: Polish Underground Army combatants in the Warsaw Uprising 1944 (2009), but the scenario only gathered only about forty-something maniacs (considerably less than usual) Attachments:

Yup- seen the DIY technical page ,gave me sth to think about. Made my first custom Mosin short five years ago (makes me smile how rough and simple it was-made from the original stock with metal details, magazine and carrying belt and the mechanism of the UHC Super9 rifle) Still doing my share of custom-made WWII guns today . Another thing is that we have quite a lot of artifacts and parts from the eastern block that are really easy to get (I should remind You about Polish 1st,2nd,and 3rd armies fighting along the russian land and air forces on the eastern front since 1941) although its getting more and more difficult as time goes by which also makes it more expensive.Still- should You need anything, I'd be glad to help you out. My pal from the picture is 6'5" and 245lbs- a true 'russian bear' ;D Plus it's his accordion and he can really play the living hell out of it! About the vehicles-Hmm.. sometimes, If we're lucky we get some help from the collectors and re-enactors. Like the time in the pic. ;D Nice-right? The ISU 122 is really an adapted T55 chassis (repair tank version) equipped with metal pipe gun and woodden gun compartment. The T34-85 are 100% real, post war production (late forties) though practically identical to the ones from 1944/45 Attachments:

Just write in English whatever You'd like to say- I'll try to translate as well as I can, and then You can compare with whatever the AI has to say about it, OK? As far as 'yes,no,thank you' go - we're good And again- how can I paste a batch of pictures instead of just one using the 'attachment' option at the top of the post reply menu? Some of You might get annoyed by the single ones. PS:This one is from the winter counteroffensive- Stalingrad, five years ago. Jolly old times ;D Attachments:

Honorable Mods, Ladies and Gentlemen Since haven't found any threads concerning our little enterprises, I feel obliged to post a small remark here. I've been watching and learning much from this forum, and for that I thank You. Nevertheless WWII reenacting events have been among our favorites ever since ASG was introduced in Poland eight years ago. I'd like You to know that this thread has two major goals. First would be to show that we do have some practical knowledge of the subject and quite a bit of experience in that matter. The other is letting You know about many kilos of bbs being fired by asg maniacs dressed (among others) in US uniforms. Of course wthe scale and assets used are vastly inferior to those used in american events, yet we do have a few things that give us the upper hand (for example try finding original german/ russian/ polish bunkers/emplacements between Long Beach and Boston ;D) I've pasted in a couple of pictures showing our ways of 'styling' for the events in Tricity area in Poland (if You'd like to look the place up try Gdańsk,Gdynia on your e-maps). Bare in mind that not only reenactors take part in them, but also asg maniacs wanting to try it out every once in a while-we want to keep it thrifty, plus ingenuity in that matter has become a sport to us To sum up the intro- know that You are always welcome to join us and are invited warmly to take part in the games if You want to (I know,I know-could be difficult, would be expensive, yet NOT impossible-right?) Thesame with our scenarios, details etc which we came up with along the years. All the best GOR Attachments:
