You're focusing on my lnaguage when I show a picture of a guy with a bullet through his forehead?? Yes, because I dont have to click on the pic with the dead guy in it if I dont want to see it. If you want, you can post a link up to a blog where you run your mouth off like an immature dim-wit . I dont care as I wouldn't have to click the link. But if I want to read a thread, I have to look at the posts you make so please be civil. Click

A little background on that pic, On the night of 1 May 1945, most SS soldiers fighting in Berlin decided to make an attempt to break out to the North of the city , members of 1st SS Panzer Division Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler and Nordland assembled near the Wierdammer bridge some of them with wives and children however lacking any leadership, the breakout down Freidrichstrasse turned into a disorganised mob, which was quickly dispatched by Soviet amoured attacks. The Nordland's last SdKfz 250 was knocked out by a Soviet troops. The photo posted above is of the back of that SdKfz , here is the photo of the front , which is one of the most famous photos from the Battle of Berlin , notice the road marker , marked by the black arrow: Here's the photo enlarged , see the road marker? And here's the same vehicle a few days later as the last "German" troops defending Berlin march into captivity.

Wow, nice! If you hadn't pointed any of that out, I never would've thought it was the same SdKfz, and just continued my hunger for more photos. Let this be a lesson to me! Nice history lesson, btw!

It was the command veichle ofthe swedish officer Hans Gösta Persson from the armoured recon element of Nordland. The dead person to the far right of the first photo is Ragnar Johansson, from the same company. He could bend horse shoes with his bare hands.
