I think that WE will make a GBB one, and if it works with G&G, they'll make an AEG

Yea it ain't that simple though. Even if they decide to do one it will probably take over a year to come out. Look at the AGM MG42, never happened. I don't know what I'd want more a GBB or a AEG. An AEG might be better because then China would clone it and give us a cheaper alternate.

Yeah, but I like AEG's for autos, GBB's for semis, and Spring for bolts. But thats just me.

Why not Gas for bolts. I think gas is actually a better idea. Then their is no spring pressure, more realistic. I'd rather have a GBB Garand if it worked well. However an AEG Garand would be better for the WWII Airsoft community as a whole, so I'd rather have that.

Gas bolts, newer thought of that. Might as well make GBB autos as well lol. But if you really think about it, gas would be the most realistic, because it has the most recoil and noise.

but remember you have to buy the gas... it would be cool if they made ones run on air, all you have to have is an air compresser then i would prefer gas

im a little late for discussion but on the CS forums, a member pointed out that there are estimated 85 males and 6 females that reenact Italian forces in WW2 around the world. And that is members in units and are members of the CS forums, so I'm sure there are alot more that have impressions but don't belong to a unit. It's an impression market that is certainly growing, especially now that Hessian Antiques has a new Italian items line after merging with ANT-Z

Maybe somebody should ask them about making a carbine with the proper 15 round mags and blow back...

Also, spring bolt action rifles for every country that fought (Arisakas, Lee-Enfields, Mosin-Nagants, Sprinfields, Kar98ks, and Carcanos).

this is not the first time this has been brought up. rifles such as arisakas, and carcanos REALLY are not first on our priority list! it could not have been stressed more that we are trying to get them to manufacture the M1 and K98! once this is produced i would be more than happy to request something like the mosin, or a lee- enfield.

Once the M1 and Kar98k are on the market then we can ask for other weapons, next we sould ask for the Enfield and Mosin Nagant.

Unfortunately M1 Garands and Kar98s are not Common weapons in airsoft. (I think you guys are thinking of M4 Carbines )

No, I'm just saying. Like if you want to re-enact any country, you should have more bolt-actions than automatics, right? I agree with you to get the easy ones out of the way, I'm just saying it would create a more realistic experience, because you would have people using all types of guns and outfits, like Italians, Germans, Russians, Americans, Brits, And Japs (duh to all of those), but you would also get resistance fighters, which don't get enough credit- in my opinion.

Well if you want to play as a resistance player you just grab one of the sten guns or a captured MP40. Can't really see the problem there. But if one wants to play as a normal US or German infantryman...oh-oh...

got this in my email from WE... We'll certainly consider these for our future projects. Kindest Regards, WE Airsoft Industries (International) Ltd. i had asked them about the M1 and the K98. I got the same email too, hopefully enough of us sent them emails to convince them. To be honest i think WE is our best bet on this. They are coming out with 2 versions of the Browning Hi-Power soon and a metal P38 after that. The P38 could just be a rumor but it does make sense and seems very plausible.

There is supposedly (from pics out on the net) a GBB Sten from them coming aswell, only problem is, they put the magwell on the wrong side. I personally would be ecstatic if they just cloned the tanaka kar98k and sold it around the $350-$400 mark. Also i was thinking, wouldn't it be a bit better with an M1 Garand if they had the mag go in the bottom where the floor plate (i guess you would call it) on the RS is? Like maybe have a low cap gas mag about the same dimensions as a RS enblock and you just pop it in under there and upon looking you wouldn't notice anything amiss aside from the gas hole (nozzle?) and thumb indent to take it out at the bottom of the otherwise invisible mag. Oh and of course have it be 6mm bb's it shoots.
