Hi there! Guys, Ive been searching for more parts for my M1 Garand when I found that RA-TECH are also making garand parts!!!! Well actually its only 1 and extremely expensive a hammer piece costing 60$ www.ratech.com.tw/eng_ra/product/pro_rag_list.phpUsing the page search thingy, search for "garand" and it will come up.

Roma: I mean, the gas charges in correctly but when I press the trigger, sometimes all the gas vents out from the valve (me thinks) but I really dont know as I can see it happening. I just see gas an silicone oil sprouting out from the right side of the bolt. Sgttom: Sorry man, I dont have a chrono but I think its shooting at 34 fps +- 10fps. Now then, as ive discarded the BB, now i am 100% sure the folks down my local field will let me use it classified as a sniper rifle. Ive already ordered a TK barrel. Will be ordering a mount base from the US via toboggan and will buy a Mojji spider scope to male it look similar to the M84 scope: Mojji spider scope: I know it isnt 100% reflection but its the only scope I found to be similar...

Im beginning my crusades to achieve the Holy Garand (too much Angels&Demons i think ) Well, the case is that for some unkown reason, my GBB M1 would sometimes vent out all the gas after charging her up. AFAIK, the gas seams to escape because the BB gas valve is stuck leaving it open?! (i dont have a idea what the real problem is...). The problem might be reolved by buying a new part 55 and 23 from the wonderful web page i found. As im also hit by the economic crisis, i cant buy a lot of gas so I decided to make my Garand bolt action. What ive done is to remove the plunger that pressed the blowback valve. It works perfectly, just like a M1 Carbine. Now im able to shoot 9 clips from 1 single charge of Abbey Predator Ultra in a temp of 25º.

Instead of using a H-Nub, use a SCS nub. Similar to the H-Nunb but drastically improves range and accuracy. BTW,to make the ROF more authentic, shouldnt a 7,4v battery be used? the Stg had a really....slow rate of fire.... AFAIK, 500 RPM...

Are you sure you didnt mistakenly buy the part 19/23 designed for the walnut wood version? There are 2 of them. 1 for the normal ones and the other for the walnut wood version
