Friend of mine just sent me this photos from a couple of blank fire events 4 years ago Carentan Event , the first day we held the MOUT site all day , we gave up the town towards the end of the day and on the second day we counter attacked from the woods surrounding the town , pushed the Amies out of the town in about one hour and held it for the rest of the day This one was a full immersion 48 hour event , we where out in the woods sleeping in bunkers during a very cold and wet weekend.

Here is my most unusual impression. WWII German Kreigspfarrer. That is the Military Chaplain for the German Wehrmacht. The Heer, Kreigsmarine and Luftwaffe all had them but I portray the Evangelisch Heer Kreigspfarrer. The other two guys are in my unit, one is a Shutze and the other is an Unterscharfuhrer.

A few pictures of myself in the 3rd Panzergrenadier Division, 8th Inf. Regiment. circa 1942-1945. Impression fits Italy, Southern Russia, and Western Front. M-42 Helmet with captured British helmet netting. M-40 tunic, standard field gear, "dice cup" boots, Gew. 24 Czech Mauser, etc... The Lorraine Cross flag is a copy of field made flags from the 3rd Pzr.Grn Div. in Italy.

Here's my friend and I. I have the MP. This is how we advertise WWII airsoft here in CA as it is very uncommon here, we go to public games in our WWII impressions. Funny thing, the staff made me take off my E-Tool as I might impale myself accidentally if I fell. Guess its a good thing I left my bayonet in the truck...but I guess I understand why he said that because he did ask me to take it off after he saw how much I slipped around in my hobnailed boots on those smooth concrete floors. It was fun though!

Awesome impressions from both of you!I really dig the MG42,I'm sure a special gun like that turned heads.I too would be sketched out about having a sharp tool land behind me.I guess that's why some Germans had the folding ones

Thank you much! I personally haven't had a problem with it. It's in a carrier and wouldn't do too much damage. But he was talking about the handle impaling me

Good work! Going to public events and networking through them is a great way to expand the hobby. I do have one suggestion, however. You should raise your Y-straps and tighten up your belt. The belt should sit between the fourth and fifth buttons of your tunic counting from the top button down. Have your belt be snug against your stomach with the top of the belt near the bottom of your rib cage and your Y-straps snug. It will greatly help with wobbly gear and make sure everything stays tight, and look better as it looks a little loose. The German belt was actually intentionally supposed to be a bit high as it was thought it would make the troops look taller from a distance. Otherwise, besides a little adjustment, you guys look great! Keep up the good work!

That's the tightest it'll go lol. I tried adjusting the y straps too. It looks how its supposed to with Kar98 pouches, but not with MP40 pouches.
